Sr Juan Bestard died in 2000 and his son Carlos, who at the time was living and working in the UK, emigrated to Majorca and has run the company ever since.

The company has grown on a foundation of trusted professionalism offering a diversity of services to the Majorcan property owner. It now administers more than 40 communities from the capital Palma to the popular sea side resort of Santa Ponsa. The company now manages the interests of 1,400 property owners as an integral part of its daily business.

The office in Magaluf has recently been refurbished and is locally regarded as the best agent for its willingness to help and offer advice on any issue related to being a property owner in Majorca. It has continued to negotiate the re-sale of many different types of properties to new generations of both non-resident and resident property owners in the South West of Majorca.

It participates in programs organised by the "Instituto de Formación y Orientación" (IFOC), a Spanish organisation which helps to train school leavers and prepares them to take their first steps to solvent independence in the world of work.
